Project Manager/Educational Leader for our TV and Editing Programs

We are growing and need more people. Elevera operates six vocational colleges with different focuses, located in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and offering distance education to provide skills supply across Sweden.

To succeed in this role as a project manager/educational leader, we see that you can independently drive projects and enjoy responsibility. You should easily establish contacts and feel comfortable communicating in Swedish, both spoken and written. Are you looking for a broad role where group leadership is combined with administration?

Who are you and who are we looking for?

The role is called Educational Leader with us, but corresponds to a project management role. We are looking for a person with a strong drive who is self-sufficient, solution-focused, flexible, and enjoys having many points of contact, including students, lecturers, and companies. We see that you have knowledge or understanding of the TV industry. You should also enjoy having a role with responsibility for the students' and the program's results in close collaboration with other employees. You contribute with a wonderful energy and positivity and understand the concept of being part of and being each other's work environment, as teamwork on a daily basis is an important part.

To manage the role, you need to have experience in independently planning your working hours and be accustomed to working towards deadlines, working in systems, and with administration. We will teach you the professional role of educational leader if you are not currently one.

Main Responsibilities

As an educational leader, you have a central role and will, for example, work with:

• Educational planning

• Recruiting and quality assuring educators

• Following process descriptions and managing all documentation and administration related to the program

• Contacting authorities, industry companies, and assisting students in achieving their internships and studies.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who can easily adapt to a new role and who sees no obstacles in working digitally and in systems. A knack for precision and structure is also important to match this professional role.

Location in Stockholm. The position is a full-time role with a start date to be agreed upon. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the job advertisement is removed.
